This is specialty-grade Ugandan Robusta, roasted to a medium level to bring out deep notes of dark chocolate, roasted nuts, and a subtle earthiness, with the thick dense crema that espresso lovers immediately recognize. Nearly twice the caffeine of Arabica coffee, naturally lower in acidity — a strong, bold, full-bodied cup without the stomach sensitivity that high-acid coffees can cause.
